Application form Deen Dayal Jan Awas yojana Haryana :- दीनदयाल जन आवास योजना की शुरुआत हरियाणा राज्य सरकार ने की है। इस आवास योजना का उद्देश्य राज्य के गरीब लोगों को घर उपलब्ध करवाना है। दीनदयाल जन आवास योजना राज्य के कम-और-मध्यम-संभावित शहरों में किफायती आवास का निर्माण करेगी। इस आवास योजना के तहत सरकार लोगो को कम कीमत पर घर दिलाएगी। इस योजना के अंतर्गत सरकार 5 से 15 एकड के बीच में कॉलोनी बनाएगी जिसमें लोगो को कम कीमत पर घर दिलाये जायेगे, जिससे कि वो इन घरो को उनसे खरीद सके Deen Dayal Jan Awas yojana Haryana के अंतर्गत लाइसेंस फीस भी बहुत कम होगी।

एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म दीनदयाल जन आवास योजना हरियाणा का उद्देश्य यह है कि जो प्लॉट्स है वो 150 स्क्वायर मीटर्स के साथ 2.0 फ्लोर एरिया रेश्यो में स्पेस का ध्यान रख कर बनाया जाये इस योजना में कॉलोनाईजर को 7.5% की जो जगह है तो ओपन स्पेस के लिए होनी चाहिए। दीनदयाल जन आवास योजना हरियाणा के अंतर्गत सरकार 5 से 15 एकर के बीच में कॉलोनी बनाएगी जिसमे लोगो को कम कीमत पर घर दिलाये जायेगे जिससे के वो इन घरो को उसने से खरीद सके इस योजना के अंतर्गत लाइसेंस फी भी बहुत कम होगी।

Objective of Deen Dayal Jan Awas yojana Haryana

1. Plotted development in area of 5 acres to 15 acres with saleable area not exceeding 65% of licenced area.Not more than 10% of licenced area should fall under sector roads.
2. Plot sizes from 60 sqmetre to 150 sqmetre with FAR of 2 and maximum density of 400 persons per acre 5% of the licenced area dedicated for organized open space with at least one open area of 0.3 acre in each colony of the development.

3. The colonizer will sell the licenced area in two phases. The latter 50% can be sold only after completion of Internal Development Work for which the colonizer is directed to mortgage 15% of saleable area.
4. 10% area of licenced colony to be transferred by colonizer to the Government for development of community facilities.

5. All projects to be completed in 7 (5+2) years from the date of grant of licence.
6. Registration of independent floors in plots with provision of stilt पार्किंग.

Benefit of Deen Dayal Jan Awas yojana Haryana

1. The most attractive feature of DDJAY for benefit of prospective buyers is availability of loan up to 80% of property value from all leading institutions.
2. Currently there is a significant cash component involved in land transactions and maximum loan of 60% of cheque value is available.

3. This scheme makes it possible for buyers to purchase freehold, litigation free and loan able plots.
4. First time buyers can avail interest benefits upto 2.35 lacs under Credit Linked Interest Subsidy Scheme of the government.

6. This policy is intended to encourage the development of high density plotted colonies in Low and Medium Potential towns of the State wherein small plots are made available through a liberal policy framework.

7. All such projects shall be required to be necessarily completed within 7 years (5+2 years) from the date of grant of license.
