Delhi Public Services Doorstep Delivery Yojana :- दिल्ली सरकार नागरिकों के लिए जल्द ही डोरस्टेप डिलीवरी स्कीम (Doorstep Delivery Scheme) शुरू करने जा रही है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत दिल्ली के लोगो को आसानी से नामित कॉल सेंटर पर एक कॉल कर उन्हें प्रमाण पत्र, ड्राइविंग लइसेंस आदि मिल सकेंगे। ‘डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी’ स्कीम के तहत आपके घर पर मोबाइल-सहायक आएगा. जो फीस और डॉक्यूमेंट कलेक्शन के साथ साथ मशीन से उंगलियों के निशान लगाने की सुविधा तक घर पर ही मुहैया कराएगा| इस डिलीवरी सेवा Doorstep Delivery Yojana के तहत 40 सार्वजनिक सेवाएं मिलेंगी।

राज्य सरकार एक सफलतापूर्वक कार्यान्वयन के लिए एक निजी एजेंसी के साथ काम करेगा यह एजेंसी मोबाइल सहायकों को सुविधा देगा और सेवाओं की बेहतर डिलीवरी के लिए कॉल सेंटर स्थापित करेगा। इस योजना के शुरू होने से सभी नागरिकों को सरकारी कार्यालयों का दौरा नहीं करना पड़ेगा है। अगले तीन-चार महीनों में जो सेवा शुरू होगी इसमें 40 सेवाएं शामिल होंगी। सरकार हर महीने 30 योजनाएं शुरू करेगी जब तक कि सभी सेवाओं को शामिल नहीं किया जाएगा। केजरीवाल सरकार के मुताबिक दिल्ली में 40 से ज्यादा सर्विसेज का इस्तेमाल हर साल 25 लाख लोग कर रहे हैं।इसके लिए 50 रुपये देने होंगे।

5 Features of Delhi’s Doorstep Delivery of Public Services Scheme

1) इस योजना में बीपीएल राशन (एएई) कार्डधारकों के बारे में जानकारी शामिल है, लेकिन विभिन्न सरकारी प्रमाणपत्रों, जल कनेक्शन, वृद्धावस्था पेंशन, विधवा पेंशन, और अद्यतन करने के लिए सीमित नहीं है।
2) मोबाइल सहयोगियों की एक टीम मोबाइल सरकारी डेस्क के रूप में काम करेगी और नागरिकों के घरों का दौरा करेगी।

3) सरकार कॉल सेंटर से जुड़ा एक नंबर लोगो को देगी जिससे वह service providers को अपने घर बुला सकेगी।
4) हर महीने, लगभग 30-35 नई सेवाओं को इस योजना में जोड़ा जाएगा।
5) ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस जारी करने के लिए, साथी को बॉयोमेट्रिक मशीन और सभी आवश्यक उपकरण और दस्तावेजों के साथ घर की यात्रा करनी होगी, लेकिन नागरिकों को ड्राइविंग टेस्ट को व्यक्ति में लेना होगा।
